Description
Located on the Eastern reach of Cedar Neck, 2.0 mi NW of the community of Slaughter Beach.
History
Built during WWI, used by the U. S. Army, consists of two large bunkers to house troops and weapons. Fort Saulsbury has since fallen to private ownership and publication of the name thereafter will be as a landmark. In operation 1917 to 1946.
