Description
Heads a the E end of Graylyn Crest Park, 0.8 km (0.5 mi) W of the intersection of State Route 3 and Grubbs Road/Harvey Road, flows SE 4.3 km (2.7 mi) to the Delaware River.
History
Named for the Perkins farm which was located near the mouth of the stream in the mid-19th century.
