In San Juan National Forest, in the San Juan Mountains, 0.8 km (0.5 mi) SW of Grand Turk, 4.8 km (3 mi) SW of Silverton.
History
Named for Dr. Donald Clayton Spencer (1912-2001), mathematician and recipient of the 1989 National Medal of Science.
