Trends W to open out at Rock Creek, 4.8 km (3 mi) N of Observatory Rock and 27 km (17 mi) NE of Fairplay.
History
Named for Benjamin Ratcliff (?-1895), who homsteaded in the area and was hanged for murdering three members of the local School Board over a dispute regarding his children.
