History
The name honors Adolph Kuss (1909-2002), who served on the Leadville City Council, the Lake County Commission, and the St. Vincent’s Hospital Board; he was also actively involved in the construction of the Mount Massive Golf Course, and was the first manager of Cooper Hill ski resort.
