Description
Groups of mountains bounded on the S by Gunnison River; on the E by East River, Slate River and the town of Crested Butte; on the N by Coal Creek, Ruby Anthracite Creek, Anthracite Creek and North Fork Gunnison River; on the W by Paonia, Pankeys Peak, Iron Creek, Cattlemans Ditch and Crystal Creek; the feature is joined on the NE by the Elk Mountains, Gunnison NF, and West Elk Wilderness.
