Description
Located 4.8 km (3 mi) south-southwest of Mosca Pass, 0.3 km (0.2 mi) northeast of the head of South Arrastre Creek.
History
A proposal to change the name Carbonate Mountain to Mosca Peak was submitted in June 2001. In June 2004, the proposal was rejected by the U.S. Board on Geographic Names (USBGN).
