Description
Trends south-southwest to Moores Gulch 0.64 km (0.4 mi) northeast of Slug Gulch and 8 km (5 mi) north-northwest of Fort Jones. (US-T121)

Named in the 1880's for the Franklin Mine located at the northest end of the gulch. (US-T121)
