Description
In the western portion of Lava Beds National Monument, 3.7 km (2.3 mi) southwest of Hardin Butte and 30.4 km (19 mi) west-southwest of Clear Lake. (US-T121)
History
Named for Sam Fleener who homesteaded near the monument and seved as a teamster in the monument area during the Modoc Indian War. (US-T121)
