7.25 miles long. In the Volcan Mountains, heads on the Santa Ysabel Indian Reservation, flows northwest through Matagual Valley to Lake Henshaw 1.1 km (0.7 mi) east of Monkey Hill and 24 km (15 mi) northeast of Ramona. (US-T121)
