Highest elevation is at San Jacinto Peak, bound on the northeast by San Bernadino Mountains, on the east by Coachella Valley, on the southeast by Deep Canyon and the Santa Rosa Mountains, on the southwest by San Jacinto River, on the west and northwest by San Jacinto Valley, and on the north by the community of San Bernardino.
