Flows south through Frenchman Lake and Last Chance Valley to the Sierra Valley where it divides to form the heading of North Channel Little Last Chance Creek and East Channel Little Last Chance Creek, 2.4 km (1.5 mi) north-northeast of Vinton. (US-T121)
