Description
In the Sierra Nevada, 2.4 km (1.5 mi) east-northeast of Mount Crocker and 11.3 km (7 mi) north of Mount Abbott. (US-T121)

Named for Leland Stanford, Governor of California, and railroad magnate. Named Stanford Peak in 1911, and revised to Mount Stanford in 1982. (US-T121)
