Description
Formed by damming the waters of San Luis Creek, just northeast of San Luis Reservoir and 17.7 km (11 mi) west-northwest of Los Banos. (US-T121)

Named for J E O'Neill, rancher and business leader in the San Joaquin Valley, whose suggestions and efforts helped bring the reservoir into existence. (US-T121)
