Description
Heads at unnamed springs 1.1 km (0.7 mi) west of the Purdys Gardens, flows northwest and west for 5 miles to the Russian River 2.2 km (1.4 mi) west of Mendocino State Hospital and 1.4 km (0.9 mi) east of Ukiah Municipal Airport. (US-T121)
