Description

In Death Valley National Monument, in the Panamint Range, at the head of Wet Fork, 5.6 km (3.5 mi) east of Harrisburg and 8 km (5 mi) east-northeast of Emigrant Pass. (US-T121)

History

Named for "French Pete" Aguereberry (died 1945), who, with "Shorty" Harris, opened the Harrisburg mine in 1906. (US-T121)
