196 miles long. Heads on the south slope of Bald Mountain in Mendocino County, trends southeast then west throurgh Lake Pillsbury where it continues west-southwest 14 km (9 mi) then west-northwest to empty into North Bay at the Pacific Ocean in Humbodt County. (US-T121)
