In the Siskiyou Mountains, on Ship Mountain, highest elevation is on peak number 4, 17.7 km (11 mi) southeast of Gasquet; [N peak] 414458N1234706W, [S peak] 414342N1234738W. (US-T121)
History
Four separate peaks on Ship Mountain which are numbered 1,2,3,and 4, and named collectively Four Brothers. Reportedly named prior to 1914 by William Lewis who was the first forest ranger in the Gasquet District, for the four Kelsey Brothers who built the Kelsey Trail. (US-T121)
