Heads in East Poteau Mountain, flows south-southwest to the Poteau River 1.5 km (0.9 mi) south of Hon.
History
A proposal to change the name Hon Branch to Bull Creek was submitted by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in April 1982; the proposal was rejected by the U.S. Board on Geographic Names (USBGN) on 12 May 1983.
