Description
Located west of Grapevine Mesa on the west side of Pierce Ferry Road, east of an unnamed north-south ridge, 36 km (22 mi) north of Dolan Springs.
History
Named for Carlos Elmer (died 1993), local author, photographer who wrote and photographed the joshua trees of Mohave County for much of his life.
