Description

Located in southern Mojave County, just N of the Buckskin Mountains; bounded on the S by the Bill Williams River; a portion of Centennial Wash on the W, section 32, T11N, R15W, Gila and Salt River Mer., and then the unnamed hydrographic feature branching to the northeast, and a natural elevation change on the north and east bordered by a portion of the Mississippi Wash; and Alamo Lake on the east.

History

This feature was named prior to 1879 and named for the rough and rugged terrain.
