Rampart Gorge is located of Yukon River, extends SW 20 mi. from Garnet Island, 27 mi. NW of Tanana, Kokrines-Hodzana Highlands.
History
Descriptive name used in the late 1800's. "This canyon is one of the most beautiful and spectacular of the Yukon River."
