Description
Willow Creek is located flows NE to Rock Creek, 14 mi. NNE of Porcupine Dome and SW of Circle, Yukon-Tanana High.

Named by prospectors and reported in 1904 by D. C. Witherspoon, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
