Description
Washington Creek is located flows SW to Tatalina River, 40 mi. NW of Fairbanks, Yukon-Tanana High.
History
Named by prospectors; reported in 1908 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) (Covert and Ellsworth, 1909, pl. 2). The Indian name, Benikakat, appeared on a railroad map in 1911.
