Heading at the junction of Sullivan and Cache Creeks and flowing WSW to the Tanana River on the E side of Harper Bend, 19 mi SE of Tanana, Nowitna Low.
History
Named in 1902 by Lieutenant G. S. Gibbs. U.S. Army Signal Corps, for H. W. Patterson who assisted him in making a map of the Tanana.
