Description
Hogatzakhotak Creek is located flows SE to Koyukuk River 3 mi. downstream from the mouth of Hogatza River 35 mi. W of Hughes. 8 miles long.
History
Koyukan Indian name given as "Little Hog River" by Lieutenant Camden, U.S. Revenue-Cutter Service (USRCS), in 1900. The present name is from Orth in 1956.
