Extends from the Teklanika River 5 mi SW of Nenana to the Tanana River, 1 mi NW of Nenana, Tanana Low. 10 miles long.

Local name originally published in 1916 on a General Land Office (GLO) Bureau of Land Management (BLM) survey plat as East Fork Middle River.
