Description
Deadman Creek is located flows W to Flat Creek, 3.5 mi. E of Wild Lake and 35 mi. NW of Wiseman, Brooks Range. 3 miles long.
History
Local name reported in 1932 by Robert Marshall who wrote "The name has been used since 1909 when Joe Mccahy, a prospector, was found dead on the stream."
