Description
Crater Creek is located flows W to East Fork Chandalar River 12 mi. NE of mouth of that stream and 41 mi. SE of Chandalar, Brooks Range. 19 miles long.
History
Prospectors' name obtained in 1909 by A. G. Maddren (in Brooks and others, 1910, pl. 7), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
