Description
Little Melozitna Hot Springs is located on course of Hot Springs Creek 1.4 mi. SE of mouth of that stream, 24 mi. NNE of Birches, Kokrines-Hodzana High.
History
So named because "they are on a tributary of Little Melozitna River, though they are about 21/2 mi. from that stream. built near the principal spring (of the group of 21) in 1913 by two French trappers, but it has been occupied for only short times * * *." (Waring, 1917, p. 66).
