E of Doctor Cook Lake, 16 mi. W of Beaver, Yukon Flats

History

Local name reported in 1956 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS); in 1916, Sergeant William Yanert, U.S. Army (USA), recorded the lake as "Third Lake" on a manuscript map. It was so called because the lake is third in a series of lakes.
