Description
Flows SE along the coast to Lost River, 0.8 mi. N of its mouth in the Gulf of Alaska and 6.5 mi. SE of Yakutat, Malaspina Coastal Plain.
History
Tlingit Indian name reported by Lieutenant Commander Moser, U.S. Navy (USN), in 1901. This stream was often called "Ankau Creek" on early charts.
