Description
Watson Glacier is located trends S to Yakataga Glacier, 11 mi. NE of Cape Yakataga and 95 mi. NW of Yakutat, Chugach Mts.
History
Named in 1945 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) for Ben Watson who "has contributed to knowledge of the Territory as a collector for the Smithsonian Institution and other natural history museums."
