Description
Pinnacle Pass is located between Hitchcock Hills and Pinnacle Pass Hills, 26 mi. NW of Yakutat, St. Elias Mts.
History
I. C. Russell (1891, p. 130), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), wrote: "The pass we named 'Pinnacle Pass,' on account of the many towering pinnacles overshadowing it."
