On the W side of Icy Bay, 13.5 mi N of Point Riou.
History
Exposed by the recent retreat of Guyot Glaacier; "Tsaa" is the local Tlingit Indian word meaning "seal". Reportedly there are many seals in the area and they often sun themselves on icebergs in this fiord.
