Along the right bank of the Yukon River, about 12.5 mi N of Eagle, Porcupine Plat, Yukon-Tanana High.
History
Named by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) for William Adams, well known local resident and hunter who died in 1864. The name was published in 1966 by U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
