Flat Creek is located flows S to Fortymile River, 35 mi. S of Eagle, Yukon-Tanana High. 3 miles long.

Named by prospectors; reported in 1911 by E. A. Porter (in Brooks and others, 1912, p. 217), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
