Description
Excelsior Creek is located flows E to Mission Creek, 7 mi. NW of Eagle, Yukon-Tanana High. 10 miles long.
History
Named by prospectors and reported in 1898 by E. C. Barnard, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS); called "Twelve Mile Creek" in 1896 by Spurr (1898, pl. 48), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
