Description
Deep Creek is located flows NE to Seventymile River, 37 mi. NW of Eagle, Yukon-Tanana High. 6 miles long.
History
Named by prospectors; reported in 1905 by D. C. Witherspoon (in Prindle, 1906, pl. 1), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). This stream was erroneously shown as Deer Creek on a 1905 manuscript map drawn by Major W. A. Glassford, USA.
