On N coast of Prince of Wales Island in Tongass National Forest, flowing N to Buster Bay and Sumner Strait 7 mi ESE of the settlement of Point Baker, Alex. Arch. 7 miles long.

Local name reported in 1961 by U.S. Forest Service (USFS); called "Charcoal Creek" in 1929 by U.S. Forest Service (USFS).
