Labouchere Island is located at mouth of Labouchere Bay, 4.5 mi. S of Point Baker, on NW coast of Prince of Wales I., Alex. Arch.
History
Published in 1891 Coast Pilot (p. 127). "Ship Island" was given to this feature in 1886 by Lieutenant J. M. Helm, U.S. Navy (USN).
