History
Name reported in 1914 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS). This feature is known locally as "Little Skookum Chuck" (U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey, 1925, p. 251; 1962, p. 93). See Salt Chuck, village.
