Description
Extends SE 1.5 mi. off Polk Inlet, near center of Prince of Wales Island, 1 mi S of Little Goose Bay and 32 mi W of Ketchikan, Alex. Arch. 0.5 mile wide.
History
"This Bay is called Goose Bay by local people because of a large population of Canada Geese"; reported in 1961 by U.S. Forest Service (USFS).
