Essowah Harbor is located between Essowah Lakes and Pacific Ocean, on SW coast of Dall I., 12 mi. NW of Cape Muzon, Alex. Arch. 1 mile long.
History
Indian name reported in 1897 by Lieutenant Commander J. F. Moser, U.S. Navy (USN), who spelled it "Essawa."
