Description
Located in Houkan Narrows of Kaigani Strait, on the west side between Dall Island and Long Island, 1.3 km (0.8 mi)south of Channel Islands.
History
The NOS Coast Pilot indicates that "Mill Reef, between the kelp patch and the shore west of it, shows at high water." Used in Coast Pilot 8 since 1908.
