Asikpak Mountain is located between Asikpak River and N end of Kivalina Lagoon, 10 mi. NW of Kivalina, Arctic Slope
History
Name, derived from that of the river, reported as "Asickpun" in 1950 by U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS). E. S. Burch places this hill north of the Asikpak River and spells it "Asagpa." See Asikpak River.
