Umagatsiak Creek is located heads in Tahinichok Mts. at SW end of Mulgrave Hills, flows SW to Chukchi Sea, 20 mi. SE of Kivalina, Kotzebue-Kobuk Low.
History
Eskimo name reported by E. S. Burch, in 1966, to mean "new heart."
