Description
Independence Creek is located flows NW to Holtz Creek which flows to Kugruk River, 20 mi. E of Imuruk Lake, Seward Peninsula High. 12 miles long.
History
Prospectors name reported in 1901 by D. L. Reaburn (in Mendenhall, 1902, pl. 4a), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
