In the Romanzof Mountains, 6 mi W of the Jago River, and 10 mi ESE of Mount Michelson, Brooks Range.
History
Named in1958 by J. E. Sater for Dr. Richard Carleton Hubley (1926-57), coordinator of International Geophysical Year glaciological work sponsored by the United States in the northern hemisphere and leader of the IGY McCall Glacier party, who met his death on McCall Glacier on October 28, 1957.
