Okpirourak Creek is located heads at glacier near Fox Point, in Romanzof Mts., flows NE to Jago River, 24 mi. S of Barter I., Arctic Plain.
History
Eskimo name reported by Leffingwell (1919, p. 98) to mean "a few willows."
